Location and Hours The Library is located on the 4th floor of LCJ's campus in Shinjuku Tokyo and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. 

Collections The Library contains more than 10,000 books, and more than 500 DVDs, CDs, and videos, and a small collection of current and back issues of journals, magazines, and newspapers.

Online Periodicals and eBooks Full-text databases provide access to thousands of journals and magazines, and electronic book collections covering all subject areas. Databases can be searched in the library, from the Computer Lab or remotely.  

Borrowing Materials Up to five items can be checked out at one time. Materials can be checked out for the following periods:    

Books	2 weeks
Graded readers	2 weeks
DVDs, CDs, Videos	2 week
Reseved Text Books	2 hours (until 11 p.m. next day if checked-out after 5 p.m.)
Current Magazines	1 day (until 11 p.m. next day if checked-out after 5 p.m.)

                                                     

Overdue Materials Students with overdue items may not borrow other materials. An overdue notice is sent when an item is one week overdue. After three weeks a bill is sent for the cost of replacing the item plus a 2000 yen fine.
